Shift Blog #52 and EEH Newsletter #106 On the I and All of Us Aspects of a Collective Shift in Human Consciousness

Dear fellow travelers and Earth Healers,

I launched my Great Shift and Earth Energy Healing websites in June, 2005, almost 18 years ago and in the early years the mailings I sent out for each followed more or less parallel paths with one rationally based and the other intuitively based. Over the years the distinction has blurred, yet the mailings go out to two different, somewhat overlapping groups of people. I recently sent out what I said would be my penultimate EEH Newsletter, yet to my surprise I find that Spirit would like my penultimate blog/newsletter to be a joint mailing. It feels like this is a gift from Spirit to me, to bring together the energies of two aspects of my own spiritual journey.

A Mineral Array in Support of Humanities Collective Awakening. When an array like the one pictured below forms, I usually have a good sense of "why" different components are included. When this one formed on Windgather Mesa in December I had a sense that the focus is on supporting humanity's collective awakening process--the Quartz egg with Hematite inclusions in the center represents humanity and the Quartz sphere with clay inclusions represents Mother Earth--yet I also had a sense that there was more to the array that I was missing. In keeping with the "I and All of Us" theme I asked several Lightworker friends who are highly attuned to perceiving energies what they sensed in the array. Liz in Australia said: To me it feels like the violet flame is cleansing the spheres of each direction of the whole earth with love. Each place has different qualities. The background cloth gives the frequency waves.

One day, after the array had formed, I found that my 5-year-old granddaughter had changed it to this:

Liz went on to say: Then your grand daughter completed it by forming the necklace of light as a firm foundation to become a pillar of light! Allayah in New Jersey added: i agree, i get the sense of pillar of light both connecting to the crystal grid and radiating the energies. Also i sense a swirling motion as if creating a portal.

The Human Consciousness Grid. The images of a the forming collective consciousness grid around the Earth at the beginning this blog/newsletter were created around the time of the Harmonic Convergence in 1987 by my dear Lightworker friend Sharrel Boike, who passed from the physical plane in 2018. If someone had asked me ten years ago how completely formed the grid was, I would have said with some confidence "almost complete." Now I don't have the hubris to answer the question, though on the Medium platform in Blog #4 Shifting the Human Extinction Trajectory (1): Best Case — A Quantum Leap in Human Consciousness I've reflected on the possibility of a dramatic positive shift in human consciousness. The words below that Sharrel wrote to accompany the image of the completed grid continue to resonate strongly with me and provide a good segue into exploring the I and All of Us aspects of being human on Earth today.

The I and All of Us. When I first began writing this blog I used "We" rather than "All of Us" in the title. I find it interesting that I also used the image above in Blog #38 On Reading the Energy of Words as a Form of High Sense Perception . Sharrel's use of "We" is clearly inclusive, yet as I felt into the general use of the word "we" in today's polarized world, more often than not, it is used to draw a circle around a particular group to differentiate it from others not in the group, so I like "All of Us" as a more clearly inclusive phrase. In Shift Blog #51 On Being/Becoming Gaian I shared a bit of my own experience as a mostly-conscious fractal of Gaia. Lately I've been reflecting on the strengths and weaknesses of Western individual-based I-culture and Eastern/Indigenous collective-based We-culture and ways they might be integrated. How might the I exist within All of Us in ways that affirm the creativity, health and wholeness of individuals and create a whole that is larger than the sum the parts?

Answers to the question emerged in a surprising way when a friend sent me a link to an article titled “Law of Jante”: The grim Danish philosophy that actually makes people happy. The article notes that Denmark ranks among the world's happiest countries and attributes Danish acceptance of the Ten laws of Jante as one of the reasons. I'm not going to repeat the laws here because for me they exemplify We-culture at its worst. The ten Laws of Jante were promulgated by Norwegian-Danish author Aksel Sandemose to satirize the Danish town where he grew up. They are a recipe for creating a sense of low self-esteem and worthlessness. However, the laws can easily be reframed to affirm the value of the individual and the larger community:

1. Each of us is special, each in our own way.
2. Each of us is good, each in our own way.
3. Each of us is smart in different ways.
4. Together we are better than we are individually.
5. Each of us can benefit from what someone else knows..
6. Each of us is important.
7. Each of us is good at something.
8. We can laugh at each other with good will when there is cause.
9. We all care for each other.
10. Each of us knows something that can be taught to someone else.

For Everything There is a Season. Those of you received my last EEH Newsletter received a heads up that I have received clear indications from Spirit that the present planetary energies make it appropriate to archive my Great Shift and Earth Energy Healing websites in order to create energetic space for a new expression of my service to humanity and Mother Earth in ways that I, the biopersonality Russell, am able to merge more fully into All of Us through working collaboratively with others. At some point I anticipate sending out a separate final blog and newsletter with reflections on the past eighteen years, information on how to access the archived websites and blogs/newsletters, and to express my gratitude to all you who have joined me on this journey.

In the meantime, hold the frequency, stay grounded, engage, carry on.
